Project Engineer
 
Perform project development for private sector Engineering projects; including generating conceptual project design, preparing Engineering cost estimates and proposals. Perform field survey work, prepare project base mapping, perform office and field Engineering design. Prepare project specifications, bid documents, project permit applications, and project coordination. Perform construction layout for building, septic systems, sewer mains and laterals, subdivisions, roads, and bridges. Provide contractor assistance to ensure a complete and successful project.
 
Perform various Engineering tasks related to the development and construction of commercial buildings, residential subdivision, dam rehabilitation, bridges, culverts, residential, commercial, and municipal onsite septic systems, and various municipal engineering tasks and improvements.
 
Perform construction inspection for various Engineering projects such as paving, culvert installations, utility installations, and sewer main and lateral installations. Provide in field inspections and analysis for drainage problems, dam rehabilitation, and construction related problems.
 
Compute and prepare language for use in legal documents such as easements, and deeds for engineering, surveying, and construction projects. Perform land records research, and perform surveying task in the office and in the field.
 
Utilize Auto-Cad, Benchmark, hydrocad, WINTR-55, WINTR-20 and Carlson Survey to perform surveying and engineering assignments. Also skilled using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft word to produce engineering documents, specification, and cost analysis.
